These general terms and conditions of sale (“General Terms and Conditions”) rules all sales of Products made, through the e-commerce platform hosted at the Site www.34.henge07.com, by HENGE S.r.l., with registered office in Milano, Via della Spiga 34, tax code and VAT no. 04630340265 (“Henge”) in favour of Consumers, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I of the Consumer Code.

In addition to the other definitions contained in these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

“Client” or “Consumer” means any natural person over 18 years old who is acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity;

“Consumer Code” means the Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 and Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 on e-commerce activities;

“General Terms and Conditions” means these general terms and conditions of on-line sale;
“Contract” means, jointly, these General Terms and Conditions and the Order Form transmitted by the Client and confirmed by Henge.

“Order Form” or “Order”: means the document listing the Products that the Client intends to purchase through the Site, as well as the determination of the price and the method of payment;

“Products” means all products and services that may be offered by Henge on the Site for the purpose of their sale to Consumers;

“Site”: means the e-commerce platform or virtual shop accessible within the www.34.henge07.com website through which Products can be purchased.

The Products offered through the Site are available exclusively for delivery within the territory of the Italian Republic, San Marino and the Vatican City State.

The essential features of the Products are presented on the Site within each Product sheet. The image associated to each Product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but may differ in terms of colour, dimensions, and accessories present in the picture. Henge cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in the images of the Products represented on the Site. All possible purchase support information (guides, FAQ, etc.) are to be intended as mere generic material, not referring to the real characteristics of a single Product.

Please read these General Terms and Conditions, the Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy (https://www.henge07.com/privacy.pdf) carefully before using the Site. We inform you that the use of the Site or the transmission of an Order Form through it implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Henge reserves the right to revise and modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be subject to the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time of the transmission of the Order Form.

The information set in these General Terms and Conditions and the details contained within the Site do not constitute an offer to the public but shall be deemed as a mere invitation to make a contractual proposal to purchase Products. No contract shall exist until the Client receives confirmation of shipment of the ordered Products, as regulated below.
